Solgari is pleased to announce that Ernest LaBara has joined the business as Chief Growth Officer – Americas. He will be taking this key leadership position to manage and drive sales and partnerships across this key region.
Ernest is a well-established executive and entrepreneur who is passionate about building great companies through trusted relationships and the application of technology to better serve customers, employees, and businesses.
Prior to Solgari, Ernest was Executive Vice President and Global Head of Financial Services for Clinc, Inc. a Conversational AI company born out of the University of Michigan Computer Science Labs where he was accountable for driving revenues. Ernest joined Clinc’s founding team in 2016 and led the GTM strategy at top money center banks around the world including Barclays, Wells Fargo, USAA, US Bank, and OCBC.
Before joining the founding team at Clinc in 2016, he was CEO and President of Parallax Technologies where he led the organization for 16 years. Parallax Technologies delivered contact center software and services for customer service and sales operations to fortune 1000 clients. He also led the organization in forming strategic partnerships with Genesys, Cisco Systems, Interactive Intelligence, and Omilia.
Speaking on his appointment, Ernest said; “Solgari has made it simple to build better experiences and drive automation throughout the enterprise leveraging the Microsoft Azure Cloud. I am honoured to have the opportunity to join an incredible team of digital designers and innovators and to lead the America’s team and propel how we serve our customers and partners.”
