Solgari Customer Engagement for Microsoft Teams Achieves Microsoft Certified Software for Modern Work 

Dublin, 29th October 2025: Solgari has today announced that Solgari Customer Engagement for Microsoft Teams has achieved Microsoft “Solutions Partner with Certified Software – Modern Work” status under the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.  

This confirms Solgari’s technical interoperability with Microsoft Cloud and a consistent record of customer success, verified through Microsoft Marketplace Billed Sales performance and strong customer references. The certification closely follows Solgari’s earlier recognition as a Certified Contact Center for Microsoft Teams.   
 
While the Contact Center certification validated deep integration, the new Certified Software for Modern Work status highlights commercial success and customer impact across industries including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, government, education, and sports and entertainment, with deployments in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, South Africa, UK, Ireland, US, Canada, and Latin America.
