Microsoft customers and partners can now procure Solgari’s customer engagement solution through Cognizant as a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), fully transactable on Microsoft Marketplace and eligible under enterprise MACC agreements through multi-party offers.
New York, NY – July 28 2025 – Solgari, the Microsoft-certified customer engagement solution, today announced an expanded partnership with Cognizant, one of the world’s largest professional services companies. Cognizant helps enterprises modernise their operations and customer experiences through advanced cloud, AI, and digital solutions.
The partnership enables Microsoft customers and partners to procure and deploy Solgari through Cognizant’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme and the Microsoft commercial marketplace.
This collaboration provides a streamlined path for both mid-market and enterprise organisations – including those with Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) agreement – to acquire Solgari via multi-party private offers (MPOs) co-sell-enabled by Cognizant.
