Melbourne Victory FC selects Solgari to unify fan and member engagement in Microsoft Dynamics 365 

Melbourne, Australia: 26th March 2026 – Solgari today announced that Melbourne Victory FC has selected Solgari to help unify fan and member engagement within the A-League Club’s existing Microsoft environment.

Already using EngageRM, the Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM purpose-built for sports organisations, Melbourne Victory chose Solgari for its native integration with Dynamics 365 and its ability to bring voice and digital engagement into one connected experience.

By extending its existing Dynamics 365 environment with Solgari, Melbourne Victory, a Club with a proud and passionate history in the world’s biggest game, located in the sporting capital of the world, will be better positioned to deliver faster, more connected service across fan and member interactions. The Club’s teams will be able to manage engagement more efficiently, maintain a clearer view of each supporter relationship, and improve responsiveness across ticketing, membership and service enquiries.

Solgari will also support Melbourne Victory’s wider engagement strategy by helping streamline inbound and outbound communications while keeping interactions connected within Dynamics 365. With engagement data and conversation history captured in one place, the Club can strengthen visibility across supporter activity, improve continuity between teams, and deliver a more consistent experience for fans and members.

In addition, Solgari’s AI-powered capabilities, including transcription and sentiment analysis, will help Melbourne Victory capture insights from conversations, better understand supporter needs, and continuously improve engagement over time.
