Turning everyday conversations into structured business information for AI.
Dublin, Ireland – 22nd October 2026: Solgari today announced the launch of its Manufacturing Customer Engagement app on Microsoft Marketplace, published through Microsoft’s Frontier Accelerate for Marketplace programme.
The Microsoft-native application delivers voice, messaging and digital customer engagement, alongside Napster AI OmniAgent, through Microsoft Teams and Dynamics 365, capturing all conversations in the Microsoft cloud. It turns these interactions into structured business information in Microsoft Dataverse and Salesforce, providing manufacturers with valuable customer context for service, sales and AI agents.
For manufacturers, the app delivers three connected capabilities:
- Customer experience: Napster AI OmniAgent provides 24/7 support for suitable product, equipment and service enquiries, with conversations handed over to employees when human assistance is required.
- Employee experience: Sales, service and technical teams manage customer engagement through Microsoft Teams and Dynamics 365, with better account knowledge, clearer follow-up and greater continuity across customer and distributor interactions.
- Business information: Customer conversations become usable business information, giving manufacturers greater visibility of recurring product issues, customer requirements and service needs, while providing context for service and sales AI agents.
John Colgan, CEO of Solgari, said:
“Service and sales AI agents are only as useful as the business information they can access. Manufacturers hold valuable knowledge in everyday conversations with customers, distributors and technical teams, but too much of it never becomes usable business data. Solgari changes that by turning conversations into structured, queryable information that service and sales AI agents can use to deliver better customer support, more informed follow-up and stronger business decisions.”

Availability
The Manufacturing Customer Engagement app is available now on Microsoft Marketplace.
The app is MACC eligible, allowing eligible purchases to count towards customers’ existing Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments. It is also available through multi-party offers with partners including AT&T in the United States.
Designed for speed to value, manufacturers can transact through Microsoft Marketplace, configure the application on Microsoft Azure and go live without the need for a separate integration project.
