Solgari powers multilingual customer engagement for Al Ramz Capital through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Teams

Dubai, UAE – 8th September 2026
Solgari has deployed its Customer Engagement solution for Al Ramz Capital, enabling multilingual customer communications across voice and digital channels through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Teams. The deployment is designed to streamline customer engagement, strengthen compliance and establish a secure conversational data foundation to support future AI capabilities.

Through Solgari’s Microsoft-native platform, Al Ramz Capital can manage voice, SMS and digital messaging directly within its existing Microsoft environment. Customer interactions are securely captured in Microsoft Dataverse, providing a governed and searchable record of conversations while supporting regulatory recording, retention and archiving requirements. The solution is hosted by Microsoft Azure UAE.

The deployment also introduces Solgari Copilot’s real-time AI-powered Arabic translation and transcription capabilities, helping teams engage customers across languages while maintaining accurate records of interactions. By integrating conversational data into Al Ramz’s existing Microsoft ecosystem, the solution also creates a foundation for greater use of AI-driven insights and capabilities over time.

The deployment reflects Solgari’s continued focus on helping financial services organisations modernise customer engagement through secure, AI-ready communications solutions. It also reinforces the role of integrated conversational data in enabling more connected and efficient customer experiences.
