Solgari appoints Louis Doré as VP Sales Americas

Dublin, Montreal –  22nd April 2021 – Solgari is pleased to announce that Louis Doré has joined us as VP Sales Americas, taking this key leadership position to manage and drive our high growth in partnership with Microsoft and our Dynamics 365 partners.

Solgari is a Premium Tier Microsoft Business Applications ISV Connect Partner, and part of the Microsoft Inner Circle for Business Applications. Solgari provides the All-Channel Communications Solution for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform and has just launched Solgari for Dynamics 365 Customer Voice Solution which adds automated phone and SMS survey channels to the existing capabilities.

Our solutions allow Dynamics 365 and Power Platform customers across Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate and Non-Profit to address all business communications from customer care to sales, marketing, surveys, and automation, across all channels and functions removing the need for multiple telephony, contact center, recording and archiving, and carrier solutions. Solgari is an end-to-end global cloud communications solution requiring no hardware or software and in conjunction with our carrier and SMS capability, is available anywhere.

Customer demand and our global partnership with Microsoft has propelled Solgari to over 5x growth in monthly recurring revenue since the start of 2020. The opportunity within the United States, Canada and Latin America continues to develop rapidly and requires the leadership and skills that Louis possesses from more than 20 years of experience in direct and indirect sales; creating profitable programs, growing businesses & monitoring & managing channel partners and alliances. He has held various key sales positions with global companies such as Microsoft, IBM and Cisco Systems as well as with various mid-size privately held SaaS companies.

Prior to joining Solgari, Louis was part of Microsoft’s ISV organization where he honed his partner management skills by nurturing intimate partner relationships and becoming a “Trusted Advisor” with both national and international partners. Also, during his 15+ years at IBM & Microsoft, Louis held various positions where he was responsible for Cloud Distributors, Independent Software Vendors and Systems Integrators.  While living in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, he held roles with Lotus/IBM in Sales Operations and Channel Management for Latin America.  He has also held an Honorary IAMCP membership since 2003 and also speaks Spanish and French.
