Solgari announce the appointment of Roisin McCaw as Support & Operations Manager

Solgari is delighted to announce the appointment of Roisin McCaw as our new Support & Operations Engineer, bringing new skills to our support and onboarding team, and ensuring that our customers can experience high speed to value with our leading all-channel communications solution.

Residing in Glasgow, Scotland, Roisin has over ten years of experience working in customer service roles. She joins Solgari from Gamma, a telecommunications provider specialising in Unified Communications as a service. Adding Roisin to the Solgari support and operations team will help ensure that our customers’ technical queries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

On the appointment, Roisin said; “I’m excited to be joining the team at Solgari at this time, bringing my knowledge and experience to bear in delivering the Support and Onboarding of our customers and benefit the further growth of the company.”
