Partnership pairs Unifyer’s Microsoft Teams telephony and local ANZ expertise with Solgari’s AI-powered customer engagement platform.
Dublin, Ireland and Melbourne, Australia – 13th July 2026
Solgari, the Microsoft-native application that turns Microsoft Teams or Dynamics 365 into an AI-powered, omnichannel customer engagement platform, today announced a new partnership with Unifyer, a specialist Microsoft consultancy serving Australia and New Zealand under the line “every conversation is intelligence.”
Unifyer will bring the Solgari platform to the ANZ market as a fully self-sufficient partner, using local telephony and partnership expertise to deploy quickly. The partnership accelerates Solgari’s growth in Australia and New Zealand, a market where Solgari is actively investing and expanding its Microsoft co-sell motion.
Unifyer’s strength starts with Microsoft Teams telephony. The team has deep experience helping ANZ organisations run voice on Teams and connect their communications to the systems they already work in. That reaches beyond Microsoft. Through Solgari, Unifyer helps customers capture the full customer conversation in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dataverse, and write it back to the platforms they already run, including Salesforce, HubSpot and ServiceNow, so the record of every conversation lands where the business already works.
Turning AI spend into value
The partnership arrives at a moment when many organisations are buying AI but few are getting value from it. The gap is not the model, it is the data underneath. Solgari lands the whole customer conversation natively in Microsoft Dataverse, next to the account records and readable by Microsoft’s AI, including Copilot, with no integration project. It is in production today. Self-service is the number one proven-return AI use case, and it is Solgari’s core play for the mid-market, the lane the largest firms leave open.
Unifyer will also support Solgari’s Microsoft relationship and co-sell motion in the region, helping ANZ customers light up Copilot and the Microsoft Dataverse.
Conor MacMahon, Senior Partner Sales Manager at Solgari, said: “Unifyer is what an ideal partner looks like. They took the solution on quickly and are already bringing it to market across Australia and New Zealand. A partnership is about good people and trust, and Unifyer is showing both already.”
The two companies are already pursuing co-sell opportunities with Microsoft across Australia and New Zealand, with plans to scale the partnership across seats, departments and channels.
